Refund Policy

1. Overview
COZQ Limited ("we", "us", "our") operates the WHMDC Marketplace. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are processed for purchases made through the Marketplace.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
2.1 Digital Products
Items sold on the Marketplace are digital products (software modules, addons, themes, etc.). Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:
- The Item does not function as described and the developer cannot resolve the issue
- The Item contains material defects or security vulnerabilities that were not disclosed
- You were charged in error (duplicate charge, incorrect amount)
- The Item was mis-sold or does not match the advertised description
2.2 Time Limits
Refund requests should be submitted within 14 days of purchase. Requests outside this period may be considered at our discretion for exceptional circumstances.
3. Refund Request Process
3.1 Contact the developer first. Many issues can be resolved through support.
3.2 If the developer cannot resolve the issue, contact us with:
- Your order/purchase details
- A clear description of the problem
- Evidence (screenshots, error messages) where applicable
3.3 We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
3.4 If a refund is approved, we will process it within 10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will generally not be granted when:
- You simply change your mind after downloading
- The Item works but does not meet your expectations
- You have not contacted the developer for support first
- You have used the Item extensively or in production
- The request is made more than 30 days after purchase (except for billing errors)
5. Partial Refunds
In some cases, a partial refund may be offered instead of a full refund, for example when:
- The Item partially works but has significant defects
- A mutually agreed resolution is reached with the developer
6. Licence Revocation
Upon refund, your licence to use the Item will be revoked. You must cease using the Item and remove it from any installations.
7. Chargebacks and Disputes
7.1 Initiating a chargeback with your bank without first contacting us may result in account suspension.
7.2 We will provide evidence to payment processors in the event of disputed charges.
7.3 Fraudulent chargebacks may be pursued legally.
8. Developer Refunds
Developers may offer their own refund policies that are more generous than ours. Where a developer has a stated policy, that policy may apply in addition to this policy.
